A 2-kilometre promenade runs along the sandy beach in Langrune-sur-Mer. The joys of the seafront await you!
Level with Rue de la Mer, the beach is lifeguarded in July and August, according to tide times. The eastern beach zone is reserved for pedestrians and cycles. You will find a sailing club, lifeguard station, a few restaurants, etc. You will also find parking spaces near Place du Colonel Harivel, Rue du Général Leclerc and Promenade Aristide Briand. The promenade is accessible to physically impaired visitors with help (steep slope) from Place du 6 Juin, where you will also find a car park and disabled toilet. A Tiralo specially adapted wheelchair can be provided at the lifeguard station. Access to the beach for dogs is subject to the following regulations: - 15th June to 15th September: dogs are forbidden on the beach but permitted on the high promenade on a leash. - 16th September to 14th June: they are permitted at low tide on a leash and forbidden on the dry sand. Leash also required on the high promenade.
