The old city of Honfleur abounds with charm and character, thanks to its picturesque houses and cobbled medieval streets. It is also one of the rare harbour towns with a marina managed by an association: the CNH (Cercle Nautique de Honfleur - Honfleur Nautical Circle).
A special welcome is extended to pleasure boaters who moor their boats on the town quayside: within the Old Harbour, by the Lieutenance and the town centre, or by the public park. The Cercle Nautique de Honfleur (Honfleur Nautical Circle) takes care of boaters as they arrive and leave, playing an important logistic role for the harbour. The CNH also manages the pontoons in the Carnot basin for owners of yachts or motor boats wishing to berth on a yearly basis or for shorter periods: mooring positions on the pontoon with water and electricity terminals. Also at your disposal: sanitary facilities and a fuel station. The Honfleur-based association is also an FFV (French Sailing Federation) certified sailing school, proposing a range of water sports and nautical activities, among which rallies, regattas, courses and equipment hire. You can choose between a catamaran, optimist, stand-up paddle, sea wading or kiteboarding. Head for the Butin beach or the Bassin des Châsses in Honfleur! In Honfleur, set off to discover the pleasures of sailing in the Bay of Seine, in Normandy!
