The Trouville-Hennequeville water sports club (Club Nautique) offers many activities including sand yachting, catamaran and dinghy sailing, windsurfing, fun board and kite flying.

The holiday destination of Alexandre Dumas and source of inspiration for famous painters, today, Trouville and its Côte Fleurie welcome lovers of beautiful beaches lined with villas, as well as watersports enthusiasts. During your holiday in Calvados, the qualified instructors of the Trouville-Hennequeville watersports centre will be delighted to introduce you to the joys of sand yachting, stand-up paddleboarding or sailing (catamaran, windsurfing or sailing dinghy) on the long beaches of the coastline, where the wind is particularly well suited to these sports. For greater independence, you can also head out on a sea outing off the coast of Trouville by opting to rent a catamaran. Introduction, training and improvement: discover the very best of watersports in Trouville! Open from mid-March to mid-December for sailing activities. Open all year round for sand yachting except in July/August, according to low-tide times.
