Discover another side to Calvados and Normandy during diving trips out to sea organized by the CERSUB in Bayeux.

In the heart of the Bessin, a region well-known for its beaches and fishing harbours, the Centre for Underwater Studies and Research offers a number of outings and underwater fishing activities. Diving club affiliated with the French Federation of Undersea Studies and Sports, open to all licence-holders, from beginners to advanced. Initiation dives allow you to get to know this discipline that mixes sports with exploration. An exploration of the D-Day wrecks around Arromanches and its Mulberry harbour will bring you face to face with the emotional past of World War II. Out of nowhere, the relics of barges, destroyers and troop carriers – now home to an abundant fauna of sea bass, conger eels, crabs and lobster – will appear before you.
