Description
The marina in Isigny-sur-Mer can be admired by the persevering visitor who explores the banks of the River Vire, at its confluence with the Aure Inférieure, amidst a landscape of high grasses and marshes.
It's here, at the bottom of the Veys Bay, that the little coastal town of around 2,800 inhabitants offers a welcoming stopover for passing pleasure boaters. With some 40 moorings, the little port of Isigny-sur-Mer is reserved all year round for a handful of lucky individuals and local sailors. However, ten additional spaces are provided for passing visitors, allocated according to needs by the port manager. From Isigny-sur-Mer, we recommend setting off to discover the Contentin marshes or even extending your curiosity as far as Bayeux, the nearest medium-sized town.
