Description
Leaving from Falaise, enjoy a leisurely ride through the Normandy landscapes. This itinerary takes you through the Monts d’Eraines nature reserve: the Coteau du Mesnil-Soleil. Dismount a moment to marvel at the quite unique fauna and flora of Calvados, its butterflies in particular. For the site is well worth a short stop! Further along your way, the path across the plain follows a former Roman way: the Voie Caen - Exmes (also known as the ‘Chemin Haussé’, or high path). After a few kilometres, your 7km ride takes you back to Falaise.
