William the Conqueror's castle in Falaise has been entirely restored; it looms above the town with its 3 keeps and its rampart flanked by no less than 15 towers.
Discover this fortified castle, consecutively edified by the Dukes of Normandy, reinforced by William the Conqueror's descendents and completed by Philip II Augustus, King of France.
Film projections, audiovisual scenes, 3D viewing on tactile tablets, replicas of period furnishings all combine to unveil the reality of the ducal and royal castle during the 12th and 13th centuries.
Within the castle grounds, a film and stereoscopic view binoculars enable you to relive the medieval castle's past, as if you were there!
A more intense, more comprehensive, more immersive tour for the whole family to discover what life was like in Falaise Castle at the time of the Dukes of Normandy and Kings of England!
