This house is a four-star tourist residence, spanning 110 m² and made up of five rooms over three floors. It is ideally located in the Saint Léonard neighbourhood and fully renovated in 2018. For your comfort, we offer comprehensive, quality facilities. We've put our heart and soul into decorating this home, aiming to please you and ensure you feel right at home! Located just next to the Vieux Bassin, 400 metres away (6-minute walk). Direct access to city centre and shops. When you step inside this residence, you'll immediately enter the dining room with its open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen: oven with cold door for little ones' safety, induction hob, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils for 6 people. For breakfast, you can start the day off gently with a coffee, an assortment of teas and herbal teas, jams, cornflakes, muesli, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine (with a few pods) and a kettle. As an optional extra, we offer breakfast hampers at €18 per person – don't hesitate to get in touch! You can enjoy your meals in the kitchen around a large table in the dining room. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the lounge, with its balcony and beautiful views over Honfleur. A dining space for 6 people, with comfortable sofa to enjoy the extra-large flat-screen TV with DVD and Blu-ray player, plus satellite channels. An separate toilet is located on the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find a modern bathroom with Italian shower to relax, a towel drying rack and a beautiful basin for all your toiletries. A range of mixed cosmetic products are provided. One room with double bed (160 x 200 cm), with flat-screen TV and views over the city. One room with two twin beds (80 x 200 cm) (option to join them into one double bed), chest of drawers, flat-screen TV and views over Rue Notre Dame. Separate toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, you'll find a beautiful suite with double bed (160 x 220 cm), office area, clothes rail, flat-screen TV and welcome tray. This room features a private bathroom with two basins and bathtub for complete relaxation. Toilet on the second floor. High-speed, free Wi-Fi access allows you to stay connected throughout your stay. Our prices are calculated according to number of guests and do not include tourist taxes. We accept 'chèques vacances'.
