The Cidrerie Viard welcomes you to Guéron, to its 18th century farmstead where you can discover Normandy's cider making tradition.
Over a guided tour of the orchards, the cellar and the bottling room, you will learn all the stages involved in producing "Bayeux" cider.
Conclude your visit with a guided tasting session in the old stone cellar, typical of the Bessin area.
"Bayeux" fine bottled cider is awarded the PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) quality label: it offers proof of the origin, the quality and the reputation of ciders made in and around Bayeux.

Guided tours during spring and summer school holidays at 4pm, from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
