Expérience Normande : Sophro les pieds dans l'eau

On the beach at Juno Beach, Courseulles-sur-Mer, Estelle, an rncp-certified sophrologist and guide, offers a sophro session unlike any other, combining rediscovery of the respiratory system and body sensations, notions of rhythm and energy, emotional connection, calm moments and historical explanations.

Offered under the "Expériences Normandes" label since 2021:

- For individuals on fixed dates during the 2024 school vacations from 10 to 11:30 a.m.: Wednesdays April 17 and 24 from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Thursdays April 25 and May 2 from 2:30 to 4 p.m., Thursdays July 18-25 and August 1 - 8 from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Thursdays October 24 and 31 from 10 to 11:30 a.m

- Possibility of privatization for individuals outside vacation periods (please contact us for rates).

- For groups (associations, local authorities, works councils, schools, business tourism, etc.) according to current rates
