Pizzeria La Napolitaine



Established in Caen since 2003, we offer a wide choice of pizzas, from the most classic to the most exotic.

Our pizzas are made in the traditional Italian way.

The pizza dough is homemade, in our own kneading trough. It matures for 48 hours before baking, and we roll it out by hand to optimize crispness.

As you can imagine, the toppings are made from products carefully selected for their quality, and certain ingredients such as chorizo and coppa are placed on the pizza as it comes out of the oven to make it tastier!

Finally, to take you on a journey through the flavors of Italy, our pizzas are baked entirely over a wood fire. We take the time and pleasure to develop new recipes every month, using fresh ingredients.
