Description
The Paumier family have been in the fishing business for generations, of which Emmanuel represents the fourth.
You can find him every morning, with his partner Virginie, also known as Vivi, on the stalls of Courseulles’ fish market. You will find scallops throughout the winter and fresh fish all year round. He takes to the high seas, from 2 to 30 nautical miles away, from Le Havre to Barfeur, aboard his Pierfabant trawler. When available in abundance, Barfleur mussels are also among their specialities.
