La Guinguette d’Odette is a charming stone-built village house to sleep 5 + 1 baby (all the necessary equipment for babies and children of all ages is provided), on an entirely enclosed 300m2 plot. There is a small car park opposite the house where you can safely park your car.

Ground floor: - Bright lounge with sofa, coffee table, armchair and stool, round dining table to seat 5 to 6, TV and open-plan fully-equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, combination oven, food processor, coffee machine, toaster, etc.).
- Alcove with coat hangers and shelves for storing shoes.
- utility room with vacuum cleaner, WC.

Four steps above: - Lounge with large round sofa, coffee table, TV with choice of DVDs, board games, a chair and a treadmill (to keep in shape if you prefer to stay indoors).
- Spacious shower room with water jets, wash basin and unit, WC, baby bath tub and high chair, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and board + extra radiator if you ever feel the chill.

Upper floor: - the ‘Lovers’ bedroom with cupboard, queen-size bed, bedside table and a chair.
- the ‘Ninos’ bedroom with large wardrobe, one 90x200cm sgl bed, and one 100x190cm sgl bed, bedside table and radio-alarm.
- ‘Bambino’ bedroom with 90x190cm sgl bed, bedside table and storage chest under the bed.
- WC with wash basin.

All tastefully and comfortably decorated.

In the enclosed and wooded garden: 1st patio with round glass table and 5 wrought iron chairs, swings and loungers on the lawn + garden furniture for children, wooden shed with cycles available on loan.
And, and… ‘La Ginguette’ covered patio with complete set of garden furniture, sink, wood pizza stove and electric barbecue: ideal for an evening drink or a meal, even it it’s raining, it offers a truly pleasant and friendly setting… you are sure to adore!!!
