We are delighted to welcome you to our warm and cosy family home, which we have taken great care to decorate. All on one level, the property comprises the main house and a small annexe house if required.
It is a modern holiday home, very practical for children and physically impaired guests (no steps).
The other advantages of this house by the sea: French doors for added light, the patio, the comfort of a house that serves as a permanent residence and all the equipment you need to ensure you have a carefree and pleasant stay.
The main house comprises:
- a highly practical fitted kitchen with all the necessary day-to-day comforts.
- a dining room with new furniture (table and chairs for 8 to 10 guests).
- a spacious lounge benefiting from exceptional natural light and full of charm. It boasts wide French doors all the length of the wall, offering access to the patio and garden.
- spacious and charming master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and queen-size bed.
- interior dormitory bedroom for children with large French doors.
All along the house: spacious patio with outdoor and garden furniture, loungers to relax and sunbathe (south-facing). Secluded from outside views.
Small annexe building with double bedroom (140cm bed), shower room with WC.
The property comprises a private, enclosed, shaded and wooded garden where you can park your car. The garden is secluded and sheltered from the wind. The house also offers a BBQ, a table tennis table and a play area for children.
In the low season and outside of school holiday periods, the main house can be rented alone at a preferential rate. Please feel free to enquire.
How to get here
less than 500m from a vast and fine sandy beach and the famous Marcel Proust promenade which you can take to go to the Carrefour supermarket, within walking distance.
The thalassotherapy centre is a 15-minute walk away.
Gofl course and riding centre 5 minutes from the house.
Play room with billiard table. Ten-pin bowling 200m away.
In the centre of Cabourg, you will also find a whole range of facilities and leisure pursuits to suit all ages: mini-golf, swimming pool, cinema, shopping, casino, bars and restaurants.
Also nearby and within walking distance: beach clubs, tennis courts, a whole range of walking, cycling and riding routes from the house, not forgetting the D-Day Landing beaches and the picturesque Pays d’Auge, offering a wealth of gourmet treasures and historic / heritage sites to discover.

Should we be absent, another person will look after welcoming you and offering you all the necessary explanations on the house throughout your stay.

The house is located at the end of a small wooded lane and, therefore, in a calm setting. It offers all the comfort of an occupied home.
You can leave your car in the private path.
