La Maison Vivier has been producing its special oysters since 1996, on the Meuvaines-Asnelles oyster farm. The company is also specialised in salmon and trout smoking. Direct sale of oysters, smoked fish and lobster - the sea on a platter. You can also enjoy a taste on site, as you watch ongoing work in the production lab.
