LA BERGERIE de la ferme de la Baconnerie (www.vacationnormandy.fr). At 20 km from the D-Day beaches, pleasant stone house with 4 bedrooms, enclosed garden (Sd.Jardin, barbeque.) and common courtyard with playground (swing, slide, ping-pong table). First floor: large living room (TV, DVD, WIFI, wifi access) with fitted kitchen (combi-con., MOnde, LV, LL), 1 bedroom on the ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility (bed 140) and adjoining Italian shower room with WC. 1st floor: shower room with WC, 2 bedrooms (1 with bed 140, 1 with 2 beds 90), one of which gives access to 1 bedroom under the roof (with 3 beds 90 and 1 baby bed). Sheets and cleaning possible, label welcome baby. Indoor closed parking. Bayeux 20km, Saint Lô, Isigny 14km. Shops at 1.5km in St Clair.
Heating by electric convectors, the gite being well insulated.

- very high season (summer vacations) : 690 €.

EDF CHARGES not included: EDF (with water): 30 € the week from July 04 to August 29, 2020 and EDF: 0.19 € the kwh consumed at the other periods, with 6 kwh offered by night).
- cleaning at the end of the stay: 55 € for the gite and the reception room,
- supply of sheets with beds made: 1 set of bed for two: 11 €, 1 set of single bed: 9 €; In the basic contract, sheets are not supplied and the beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillow protectors and comforters or blankets.
- supply of 2 towels per person: 5 € per person.
- supply of meals by butcher Marie in St Clair sur Elle at 1,5 km (PDF, lunch, evening meal)
