On the first floor: large independent living room of 45 m2, independent lounge (TV, DVD, WIFI), large separate kitchen (LV, LL...), shower room, WC ind. Floor: 5 bedrooms (2 with double bed 140, 1 with 2 beds 90, 1 bedroom 1 with bed 100 communicating with 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 and baby bed), shower room with WC. 1 bed 90 in mezzanine. In the attic, two rooms with two beds of 90 cm each, 1 WC ind. Sheet rental. baby welcome. Indoor closed parking. Bayeux 25 km, Saint Lô, Isigny 14km. Shops at 1,5km.
On the same site (3500 m2) three other independent cottages and a reception room for 50 people maximum.

- 2 nights : 370 €,
- 1 night : 265 €,
WEEK-END spring and summer holidays and holidays : on estimate.
WEEKEND (mid-week 4 nights): 425 € (in low season, otherwise on estimate).
WEEKLY 7 nights
- low season (november, december, winter :except christmas vacations):499 €.
- mid season (All Saints + May, June, September, Christmas: 585 €)
- spring vacations, new year's day: 625 €
- high season (summer vacations): 850 €.

EDF CHARGES not included: EDF (with water): fixed price 55 € the week from July 04 to August 29, 2020 and EDF: 0.19 € the kwh consumed at the other periods, with 6 kwh offered by night). During the heating period: 2 wood stoves (10 € per wheelbarrow).
GITES and ROOM OPTIONS
- cleaning at the end of the stay: 75 € for the gite and 50 € for the reception room,
- supply of sheets with beds made: 1 bed set 10 € per bed. In the basic contract, sheets are not provided and the beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillow protectors and comforters or blankets.
- supply of 2 towels per person: 3 € per person.
