A traditional small-scale biscuit factory in Asnelles, by the D-Day Landing beaches.
Sablés d’Asnelles butter biscuits have been produced since 1904 with the same recipe, AOP butter from Isigny, free-range eggs, flour and no preservatives! A timeless recipe that continues to delight lovers of good food! By appointment, you can visit the production room, where the delicious Sablés d’Asnelles butter biscuits are made, and, of course, enjoy a taste in the tearoom! You can also buy your own choice of gourmet delights in the store.
