Hélène welcomes you to her gîte Les Lutins, a very pleasant holiday home decorated with taste and harmony, in an old renovated farmhouse "Le Clos Lutin". Ideally located, you can reach the beach on foot in 15 minutes, as well as the shops and all the seaside activities of Luc sur mer. Numerous cycle tracks. 2 bicycles at your disposal. Hélène will be delighted to welcome you to her fully restored old village farmhouse, Le Clos Lutin, and advise you on how to enjoy your stay and discover Normandy. The gîte is attached to unoccupied buildings. Ground floor: living room with kitchen area and lounge area. First floor: 1 bedroom (2 twin beds of 80cm), shower room with toilet. Electric heating. Laundry shared by the 4 gîtes. Dishwasher. TV. Cot and high chair on request. Internet access. Sheets and towels provided. Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Private car park. Relaxation area and sports room shared by all 4 gîtes: 3-seater spa and 3-seater sauna. Access every day from 9am to 9pm. Gym shared by the gîtes with abdominal bench, elliptical and exercise bikes and treadmill.
