- 6 bedrooms, 4 of which can be adapted to double or single beds, one with a double bed on the ground floor and a children's dormitory with 2 bunk beds and a single bed (sleeps 5).
-Open kitchen on living room and lounge with fireplace, fully equipped (wood provided).
- Wellness area with a biosauna, Italian shower, resting area, whirlpool and heated outdoor pool.
- Games area with a bar, billiards, table soccer, pinball, darts and a poker table.
- Outside, a large terrace with a 4000 M² ground, a parking lot and a petanque ground. 2 garden furniture, 2 tables with benches for outdoor meals and a barbecue.
No vis a vis of the neighborhood (only 1 house on the back).
The environment is quiet and peaceful, 2 km from all shops (Les Monts d'Aunay).

Possibility of professional/associative days and stays, workshops, seminars, events.

Horses reception : A very large meadow adjoining the gîte with a grazing shelter and a drinking trough, storage box for the equipment, possibility to provide grain and fodder, tethering line, shower area.

Weekend : Between 1 150,00 € and 1 400,00 € (All year round)
