This "home-like" DUPLEX is set in a quiet, privileged neighborhood within walking distance of the beach (5 minutes' walk), downtown (Church district 8 minutes' walk, Rue du Casino 13 minutes' walk) and shops (less than 2 minutes' walk).

Located in a bright, sought-after environment featuring Normandy architecture, the modern, functional and very comfortable apartment (with recent, high-quality bedding) is set in the peace and quiet of a 3-hectare pedestrian residence with spacious, beautifully landscaped gardens, 2 tennis courts and a heated swimming pool (open from JUNE 15 to SEPTEMBER 15)!

The 2-level apartment comprises a living room (including a 2-seater sofa bed) opening onto a terrace, an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a laundry WC.
Upstairs is the Norman-style master bedroom with Queen-size double bed, modern shower room (with hydro-massage column) and WC.


The ideal composition of this Duplex allows 2 couples (e.g. friends) to live in a complementary and independent way, as both the Upper and Lower Levels have their own bedroom, bathroom and WC.

The apartment is equipped with a BOX SFR. It is therefore equipped with WIFI...

The kitchen is equipped with a conventional oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and conventional coffee makers, toaster, kettle, extractor hood... In the downstairs toilet, there's a washer-dryer...

A car is not necessarily necessary to fully enjoy Deauville from the residence, but parking is easy as the apartment has its own private parking space.

ALL HOUSEHOLD LINEN is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels, excluding beach towels and baby blankets/towels for the cot). What's more, you'll find your BED made up on arrival.

NOTICE TO PARENTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN: We have most of the equipment you need: cot, high chair, changing mat, bouncer, bath seat + bathtub (see photo) and a retractable barrier to prevent young children from entering the apartment's interior staircase!

ELECTRICITY is included up to a flat rate of 50 kwh/night spent, with any excess charged at 0.2268? TTC per unit according to the HP EDF tariff in force on 01/08/2023 (meter reading on arrival and departure). This ELECTRICITY PACKAGE OF 50 KWH per NIGHT spent in the property (applicable only during the period between October 1st and May 1st of each year) is normally sufficient for "normal and classic" use of all electrical equipment (heating, hot water tank, lights, etc.). All you need to do is avoid unnecessary consumption, such as overheating, turning off radiators and towel rails when windows are open, or simply lowering the temperature and switching off lights when you're away from home during the day... Thank you in advance for this eco-responsible approach to energy.


ALL TENANTS ARE REQUIRED NOT TO DISTURB THE PEACE AND QUIET OF THEIR NEIGHBORS. The duplex is located in a luxury residence and you are asked to respect its rules and avoid making any noise that might disturb other residents. No noisy, smelly or unhealthy activities will be tolerated. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
