On a beautiful property, a charming little Augeron house welcomes you for a stay full of charm. From the couch, you will have a breathtaking view on the small river and the neighboring grasslands. Small independent house on the property, close to another gîte (n°2709). First floor: living room with sitting area (sofa-bed for 2 persons), kitchenette. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom with toilet. Private outdoor space, on the edge of a small river (vigilance recommended for young children). Dishwasher, tv, electric heating, bed made, towels provided, cleaning included. Shared swimming pool (15mx6m) heated from june to september, sports room, sauna for 4 persons, trampoline, ping-pong table and swings.
