At the L’Oraille farm in Douville-en-Auge, in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, we produce and process the milk provided by our 160 dairy cows, to offer cream, fromage blanc, yoghurt, butter, etc. The year 2012 was marked by the creation of a production plant for AOP quality origin label unpasteurised pont-l’évêque and pavé d’auge cheeses. The two brand names ‘Les Délices de Douville’ and ‘Ferme de l’Oraille’ highlight the fact that products are made locally. You can find them in certain dairy stores, groceries and supermarkets throughout the region.
