Located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in the heart of the D-Day Landing beaches, the Juno Beach Centre is the only Canadian museum focusing on the Normandy Landings.
The Juno Beach Centre is both a museum and a cultural centre.
It pays tribute to the 45,000 Canadians who lost their lives during the Second World War, 5,500 of whom perished during the Battle of Normandy and 359 on D-Day. As you make your way through the museum, you will learn of the civilian and military war effort of the entire Canadian population, and on various fronts during the Second World War. Films, sound archives and interactive terminals complete your visit. Youth Circuit Explore Juno to discover as a family. Visit lasts: minimum 1 hour. Guided tours of the Juno park: the museum’s Canadian guides propose guided tours of Juno Beach and the bunkers in front of the museum. Guided tour lasts 45 minutes.
