From growing to maturing, Eric will reveal all the secrets of the oyster farming cycle, taking you to the foreshore and then to one of the oyster workshops. There, you'll learn the subtle art of opening oysters and, to reward you for all your efforts, you'll be able to taste them.


Bring a windbreaker and waterproof shoes.
