The gite is attached to the owners' house with an independent entrance and a garden not overlooked. The first floor includes a pleasant living room with a fitted kitchen with dining area opening onto a living room with armchairs, sofa and pellet stove. The first floor has 3 independent bedrooms: a double bedroom (2 beds 90cm), a double bedroom (1 bed 160cm) and a double bedroom (1 bed 160cm). The separate toilets and the shower room with Italian shower are on the first floor. The enclosed garden with trees is 600m². The private terrace faces south. Electric gate, parking in the property.
