Forméo aquatic, fitness and well-being centre

Forméo swimming pool in the centre of Falaise, just 20 minutes from Caen.

Lots of fun in store in the aquatic area with paddling pool and sports swimming pool, counter-current river and water slides. A 5-lane racer slide is also available. For children, baby swimmer classes, ‘kids mania’ activities and swimming lessons. Relax in the well-being area offering sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, whirlpool, fitness pool, swan neck jet and aquabikes. You can also indulge in other activities in the fitness area: exercise room, body building and cardio-training are proposed. A range of lessons and initiations are on offer all year round.
