Eglise Saint-Vigor

PCUNOR014V534TA9

Description

(XVIIIth)

The building consists of a nave, a two-bay choir and a gabled tower on the north side. The destruction of the church chevet in 1944 partially damaged the high altar and the 18th century altarpiece. About ten paintings are preserved in the church. One of the restored paintings depicts Saint Exuperius casting out demons. The side altars keep their antependiums decorated in trompe l'oeil with monograms and arabesques.
