This very easy 6km walking route leaving from Saint-Manvieu-Bocage, in Noues de Sienne, is ideal for a family outing.
This tour round the Dathée Lake near Vire offers a memorable experience for nature lovers. Some 86 different bird species have been spotted in the ornithological reserve, where they nest as of the autumn. The ‘poteau de quintaine’, a medieval quintain or jousting post, is a quite unique feature located by the barrage.
This 90-minute walking route follows the marked paths round the lake on which a range of water sports are available, including sailing, stand-up paddling and kayaking.
