Crouay Council

Crouay is a charming country village in a valley in the Bessin area. In the 19th century, fourteen lime kilns were in operation in the village: you can admire them along the lime kiln trail, a 12km walking route.

With Crouay as your base, you can discover a cider farm, a pottery workshop, stroll through a remarkable garden, explore a 5-hectare cornfield maze, learn more about William the Conqueror or the D-Day Landings, understand how a mill or a mine work, or visit a castle, all within a radius of just 10km!
