Between Caen and Caumont-l'Eventé: 2,183 graves.

Among the troops laid to rest here, there are: 1,623 British, 3 Canadian, 1 Australian, but also 556 German soldiers.

These men fell in June and July 1944, during the bitter confrontations of operation Epson, to the west of Caen: the battle of Tilly-sur-Seulles, the battle of the Odon and the capture of Carpiquet.
