The seafront promenade stretches across 2 kilometres and includes three ramps towards the beach.
On the fine sands of this seaside resort on the Côte de Nacre coast, bathing is under lifeguard surveillance from early July to late August.
A ‘Tourisme & Handicap’ quality label Handymer station is at your disposal, offering: Tiralo and Hippocampe beach and bathing wheelchairs, standard wheelchairs, specially adapted sanitary facilities, etc. Access is via the Place North Nova Scotia Highlanders. GPS coordinates N: 49 20’ 6’’ O : 0 25’27’’. Disabled parking. Use is free of charge and subject to prior booking. A specially adapted welcome is organised upon your arrival.

Dogs are not permitted in the high season: on the promenade and the beach, from the Platon slipway to Place du Canada. They can be walked on a leash, from the Platon slipway to the Caf Fun campsite in Courseulles-sur-Mer.
