Calvados Time: the Cellar Master experience
Agathe Letellier took over this family estate, built by her grandfather, 20 years ago. She perpetuates tradition whilst introducing artisanal and organic production methods. Some 17 apple varieties enable her to elaborate her Pays d’Auge calvados, double distilled in the 18th-century half-timbering cellars. After the tour, in the company of the cellar master, you can learn how to create your own calvados, which you can take home with you.
