Sortie champignons en forêt de Valcongrain avec cueillette
Description
The mushroom outings with picking in the forest are organized by the Central Horticultural Society of Caen and Calvados.
These outings are supervised by the mycologists Serge KLEIN helped by the beginner mycologists, Annick BOTTET, Béatrice BOUCHER and André Provot. The outing offers the public the possibility to learn how to identify some mushrooms and to recognize the most frequently observed edible or toxic species in the region.
Bring a basket with paper bags to avoid mixing toxic mushrooms with edible ones, a knife and boots.
