Calvados Time: producer for a day
Agathe Letellier took over this family estate, built by her grandfather, 20 years ago. She perpetuates tradition whilst introducing artisanal and organic production methods. Some 17 apple varieties enable her to elaborate her Pays d’Auge calvados, double distilled in the 18th-century half-timbering cellars. The cider apples of the Arpeval estate look forward to welcoming you. Fill your basket with them and, once crushed and pressed, discover their extensive palette of delicate aromas! After a taste of some freshly pressed apple juice, relish in an afternoon snack typical of Normandy.
