On 6 January 1542, Nicolas le Valois d’Escoville, the richest nobleman in Caen, died of apoplexy during a reception in his private manor. Over time, rumours and doubts emerged over the cause of his death: could he have been poisoned? Today, Olivier Bardon, the most renowned of French scriptwriters, is preparing a film on Nicolas’s life. Yet, as everyone knows, Olivier Bardon never writes a script ulness he knows the whole, true story. Your mission: Investigate on site and discover the causes of Nicolas de Valois d’Escoville’s death. And enable the scriptwriter to complete his work. Guided tour lasts 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours
