The opportunity to discover the "From the Place Royale to the Place de la République. Four centuries of history in the city of Caen (1575–1975)" exhibition with family. After exploring the exhibition with a guide, you'll have the chance to better understand the major stages of the urban space's development and transformation: how and why did this square change so much over the course of four centuries? An interactive model of the Place de la République will allow you to recreate the buildings, based on the study of old maps and aerial photographs.
