The Les Amis de l'église Saint-Laurent association welcomes Mathilde Marodon, lyric artist, accompanied by a violin and a cello, to experience a music journey into the spirit of Christmas.

With Mathilde Marodon, voice, Emmanuelle Vilain, baroque violin, and Hélène Lugano, baroque cello
These three musicians from Calvados graduated at the Caen Conservatory where they met and have been playing together for several years.

They perform the Corelli Sonata for violin and cello, "How beautiful", an extract from "Messiah" by Haendel, "Domine Deus", an extract from "Gloria" by Vivaldi, "Laudate Dominum" by Monteverdi, "Ave Regina Coelorum" by Legrenzi, "Non Vedro mai le stelle" by Monteverdi, "Let us wander", an extract from "Dido and Aeneas" by Purcell, "Se l'aura spira" by Frescobaldi, "Silent Night" and "Angels We Have Heard on High" with the public.

The Saint-Laurent church is situated on the heights of Deauville. It overlooks the city and offers a unique panorama. This former parish hosts Roman architecture items, as confirmed by its oldest span with a Plantagenet arc and narrow windows reminding loopholes.
The Saint-Laurent church has been included in the French Supplementary Historic Monument List on September 23rd, 1977.
Free donation for the renovation and preservation of the church.
