At the Manoir de la Brière des Fontaines, in the heart of the small town of Cambremer, François-Xavier Huet perpetuates a family tradition that dates back to 1865. He represents the fifth generation to watch over the estate’s 30 hectares of orchards and to blend a total of 25 different cide apple varieties to produce unique calvados apply brandies. After your guided tour of the estate, and an insight into all the secrets of the distilling of fine Huet calvados, relish in a taste of our ciders, pommeau and calvados, accompanied by a selection of regional produce. You will discover some original and flavoursome associations.
