Description
At the Manoir de la Brière des Fontaines, in the heart of the small town of Cambremer, François-Xavier Huet perpetuates a family tradition that dates back to 1865.
He represents the fifth generation to watch over the estate’s 30 hectares of orchards and to blend a total of 25 different cider apple varieties, to produce unique calvados apple brandies. Arouse all five senses over a taste of the region’s best produce! Over your guided tour of the estate, you can watch the distilling process from start to finish, as you breath in all the aromas of our freshly distilled calvados. By the stills, you can enjoy a seated brunch, comprised of local fare, to deliciously accompany the Huet estate’s cider, pommeau and calvados. Prior booking required (minimum 5 days before the date of your visit) - from 5 to a maximum of 25 participants.
