Agathe Letellier took over this family estate, built by her grandfather, 20 years ago. She perpetuates tradition whilst introducing artisanal and organic production methods. Some 17 apple varieties enable her to elaborate her Pays d’Auge calvados, double distilled in the 18th-century half-timbering cellars. And once you have visited the cellars and discovered how calvados is made, you can put your bartending talents to the test!
