Bird-watching trip to discover beach birds.
The objective of this activity is observing the birds found in our beaches and on the sea surface and learn how to identify them.
The participants meet on the beaches of Blonville and Bénerville. Actually, these two beaches are slightly different: the sand found on the beach of Blonville attracts some species of birds, and the rocks found on the beach of Bénérville attracts other species.
You may see migratory birds who usually live in Nordic countries and spend winters in Normandy. You may also observe birds found on the sea surface, in particular pelagic birds.
Organized by a member of the Groupe Ornithologique Normand of Caen.
