The Loire Valley Calypsos, a group that performs songs inspired by the Anglophone Caribbean music of the 40s-50s-60s, will perform at the 24th edition of the Scallop and Seafood Fair.

The group, composed of four musicians, travels across the Caribbean islands to revisit calypso, a popular music of the Caribbean of the 1950s and ‘60s, adding musical influences from all over the world. The acoustic instruments are mixed with more electric, sometimes psychedelic, arrangements. This vintage, dancing, cheerful, festive and fun group plays a tropical psychedelic music that induces a trance-like dance.

On Sunday on the stage of the Town Hall at 11:30 am and at the casino at 3:30 pm.
